What is your cancellation policy?

Guests may cancel their reservations 48 hours prior to their arrival. Refunds will not be given after this time.

Do you have private parking?

The Marsh Hotel does not have private parking. Free street parking is available around the perimeter of the hotel.

What time is check-in and check-out?

Check-in is 4:00pm and check-out is 11:00am. Guests have the option to choose a 1:00pm late check out upon booking for an additional fee of $35.  

Do you have an elevator?

The Marsh Hotel has three floors and does not have an elevator. If in need of a ground floor room, please contact in advance.

Do you allow pets?

The Marsh Hotel only allows service dogs that have been individually trained to do work or perform tasks for an individual with a disability. The task(s) performed by the dog must be directly related to the person’s disability, and the dog must wear some form of service identification. We do not allow emotional support, therapy, comfort, or companion animals because they have not been trained to perform a specific job or task, and therefore do not qualify as service animals under the ADA.
